How to make pulao
1.) Rice 1 cup
2.) Salt as per your taste
3.) cumin 1/2 tsp
4.) Clove 4-5
5.) Black pepper 5-10
6.) Chiroji 1 tsp
7.) Chopped ginger 1 tsp
8.) Green chili chopped 1tsp
9.) Boiled peas 1 tbsp
10.) Boiled sweet corn 1 tbsp
11.) Refined oil 1 tbsp
12.) Garam Masala 1 tsp
13.) Green and saffron color 4-4 drops
How to made pulao at home -
Soak the rice in 2 cups of water for half an hour and keep the cooker on the flame. Add oil and sprinkle cumin, ginger, cloves and black pepper. Add rice along with water. Add slat and chironji and close the cooker. Once the pressure builds up, take it off the flame. Open the cooker when the pressure is released. Take three equal portions of prepared rice. Add green color and boiled peas in one part. Mix saffron color and boiled sweet cone in one. Add green chili rings to white rice. Sprinkle garam masala by garnishing it in a plate. Garnish with ginger and green chilies.
