क्या चाहिए|

1.) ½ कटोरी बेसन

2.) 3 ब्रेड स्लाइस

3.) 2 उबले आलू

4.) ¼ कप उबले मटर

5.) 2 बारीक कटी हरी मिर्च

6.) 2 बारीक कटी गाजर

7.)½ कटोरी बारीक कटी हुई फूल गोभी

8.) 4 बारीक कटे टमाटर

9.)नमक स्वादअनुसार ,तलने के लिए तेल

 

इस तरह बनाएं

एक बड़े बाउल में बेसनब्रेड स्लाइसमटरआलूहरी मिर्चगाजर और पत्ता गोभी डालें। स्वादानुसार नमक मिलाकर एकसार कर लें। अब इसकी छोटीछोटी लोइयां(balls) बना लें।एक कड़ाही में तेल गरम करेंअब तैयार बॉल्स को तेल में डालकर सुनहरा होने तक तल लेंटोमैटो सॉस के साथ गरमागरम परोसें।

Veg balls


What do you need -

1.) ½ bowl gram flour

2.) 3 bread slices

3.) 2 boiled potatoes

4.) ¼ cup boiled peas

5.) 2 finely chopped green chilies

6.) 2 finely chopped carrots

7.) ½ bowl finely chopped cauliflower

8.) 4 finely chopped tomatoes

9.) Salt to taste, Oil for frying

 

Make like this

 

In a large bowl, add gram flour, bread slices, peas, potatoes, green chilies, carrots and cabbage. Mix salt according to taste and make it consistent. Now make small balls of it. Heat oil in a wok. Now pour the prepared balls in oil and fry them till they become golden. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
